Our Parent and Toddler swim lessons focus on instructing parents how to introduce their child to water and how to teach them new skills.
Duration: 4 Week Course (Once a week, 30 mins per lesson)
Age: From 6 months to 3yrs
Our under 5s swim lessons are structured in a way that introduces them to the water and helps build their confidence.
Duration: 6 Week Course (Once a week, 30 mins per lesson)
Age: From 3yrs to 5yrs
The Bay Health Club has recently developed a detailed and extensive swimming syllabus which is aimed at encouraging children to advance through our programme to ensure that they fully develop their aquatic skills and swimming ability.
Our children's swim lessons run over a six or eight week period and are offered from Beginners to Advanced.
Children are assessed on week seven of each term..

Age: From 5 Years
Our Aquafit classes are a fun way to exercise and will provide benefits such as improved aerobic fitness, strength development and aid in weight loss. Exercising in water is low-impact so it places less strain and stress on the joints. All adults are welcome, and in particular it is suitable for pregnant women, injury rehabilitation and older adults.
